How does it work?
You can sign up anytime between now and Sept. 24th. We recommend downloading your workbooks and taking a first look at what's in store. Better yet, download a week before, gather your team, and start on the first workbook.
The program is designed so you can complete one workbook each week. Our calls are scheduled for Thursdays at 11:00 am PT. Calls will be recorded for those who can not attend. If you are uploading your workbooks for review, submit by Thursday at 9:00 am PT and get feedback no later than Monday at 11:00 am PT.
This first cohort will be no more than 12 companies. We're focused on the food and beverage ecosystem, so the calls are more relevant for everyone. Call will be 1 person from each company, joining to ask questions, give advice, and support each other's process. All participants will agree to confidentiality and a code of conduct, but you only share what you want to. Dava Guthmiller will be leading these calls and may also have special guests join as she learns your bigger challenges.
